4. The fact that John didn't get punched in the face for making fun of a crazy drunk man who proceeded to yell "BOOM" and "D@*#" after each firework.

HARVEY GULF GOES TO DESTIN

This past weekend John and I headed to Destin, FL for a company retreat. Thank you Harvey Gulf for one of the best vacations EVER! Harbor Walk Village is like something out of a dream....ah, we miss it already!

John and I have termed it our "baby-moon" seeing as this is probably one of our last excursions as just the two of us before Scooter joins the family. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect trip - a dolphin cruise, bottomless pina coladas, snuba for John, a massage and facial for Kim, king size beds, gourmet food, chillin' on the beach, a win for the Mavs, and most importantly...time to RELAX!

We didn't really stop to take too many photos...but here are a few random ones we snapped along the way...

On March 26th we celebrated soon to be Baby Lennox and Super Mom LIBBY!!! At our mom of honors request...there were no typical baby shower games/activities to be played. So what did we do? Oh you know...just dressed up like super heroes, shot Nerf guns at baby bottles, ate delicious food, and PARTIED!!

So happy for you Libby! And since I've been so delayed in posting this...I'll give the update: Libby and baby Lennox are doing GREAT - a true super mom if ever I saw one! Congrats :)

KING CAKE SURPRISE

It’s Carnival Season people! And you know what that means? Parades, beads, masquerade balls, music, parties, food and...........

KING CAKE!!!

Here at the Sigety home we (and when I say we, I mean John) have a song we like to sing about this very special season. It’s centered on a delightfully delicious treat and it goes a little something like this:

(I’ll also include a free mental picture for you just because I’m so intellectually generous this season)

Picture it. John juts his elbows out as if a waiter balancing napkins on both forearms tilts his torso back and his chin down, marches, and proceeds to sing in his most regal tone: “King Cake…KING CAKE…King Cake!”

Now this might seem a strange ritual, but my man loves him some King Cake. So for all those of you that don’t habla the New Orleanian language, let me enlighten you about the wonderful “King Cake”. Or rather, let me have Wikipedia do the enlightening while I do the copy/pasting.

“The "king cake" takes its name from the biblical three kings. Catholic tradition states that their journey to Bethlehem took twelve days (the Twelve Days of Christmas), and that they arrived to honor the Christ Child on Epiphany. The season for king cake extends from the end of the Twelve Days of Christmas (Twelfth Night and Epiphany Day), through to Mardi Gras day. Some organizations or groups of friends may have "king cake parties" every week through the Carnival season.

The king cake of the New Orleans Mardi Gras tradition comes in a number of styles. The most simple, said to be the most traditional, is a ring of twisted bread similar to that used in brioche topped with icing or sugar, usually colored purple, green, and gold (the traditional Carnival colors) with food coloring. Cajun king cakes are traditionally deep-fat-fried as a doughnut would be, and there are many variants, some with a filling, the most common being cream cheese and praline.

The cake has a small trinket (often a small plastic baby) inside, and the person who gets the piece of cake with the trinket has various privileges and obligations (such as buying the cake for the next celebration).

It has become customary in the New Orleans culture that whoever finds the trinket must provide the next king cake or host the next Mardi Gras party.”

Whew! Did you get all that? We not only make huge rings of fried dough here in New Orleans, but we cover them in 3 types of sugar, icing galore, and then put a baby booby-prize inside to ensure that even when the current cake is gone – we can be sure that another will be bought and consumed soon.

So this Mardi Gras season, I have deemed myself the Queen of King Cake-dom.

Why, you ask?

1. Because my office has proceeded to buy a King Cake practically EVERY WEEK since the start of 2011

2. Because my husband is a lover of King Cakes, and thus he is the King of the cakes so that makes me the Queen

3. Oh yes, and because I HAVE A BABY INSIDE OF ME!!!!!!!!

We're so excited! Baby Sigety arrives this September :)

MUSIC TO MY FEARS

I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And in my church, no one is paid for the service/time/effort they offer. Not the bishop, not the activities committe, not the nursery leaders (bless them!), nobody. Yes, we function and fleurish based on what are affectionately (and not so affectionately at times) known as "callings." Callings are chances to serve and help in the church. We are encouraged to accept and welcome new callings as opportunities from the Lord to grow and develop or strengthen our talents. At the heart of all our callings is service. What better way to show love for our fellowman and for God than by offering our service freely and (as best we can) cheerfully :)

Thus when the Bishop at my church asked me to be the Primary (children's sunday school) Pianist...I said what I've always said to callings big and small - SURE!! But I think I somehow forgot to say the first part of my response, cause what I really meant to say was "ARE YOU SURE?!" haha

Nevermind that I haven't played the piano (excluding "The Entertainer" that I've had memorized all these years) since 6th grade. And don't worry that my mom made me quit lessons after the only music coming from the piano bench was a roaring rendition of a tortured animal whose pain was that of practicing. Or maybe she made me quit because somehow I thought sneaking out of the house instead of practicing would be a good idea. Hmmmm...when the music stops coming from the piano, it's a little obvious who made a run for it, huh? Needless to say, I wasn't always as delightfully bright as I am now. lol

So yes, I'm sure God is utterly tickled that He's called me to tickle the ivories. But in the end, I suppose I really do think it'll be good for me. I'm not really looking forward to playing in front of our whole congregation when it comes time for the primary program at the end of the year, but that's still months away, right?

In the meantime I better work on the basics. You know - like using more than just my right hand to play the songs. Still, I wonder how John will handle my complaining from the bench. But isn't that what lawyers do too...complain at the bench? (I just couldn't help myself on that one...)

After shooting clay pigeons at the gallery, we decided to face the beasts. Beasts being quail and pheasant stocked in the "wilderness" for us to "hunt" haha

Kim decided to watch from the Jeep while the dogs did the seeking, and the John did the shooting. I reckon if John should ever need to kill food for our family, he'll do just fine. (That is if the "beasts" are stocked in our neighborhood and we have a guide to go with us. haha)

During the first week of November we headed to a plantation in Mississippi for a company retreat with Kim's coworkers. John rocked the clay pigeons at the shooting gallery and Kim shot a gun for the first time ever. She hit the clay pigeon on her first shot! Awwww yeah! John entered a shooting contest and took 3rd place of all the people at the retreat! That's some sharp shootin' there John Rowe. Way to go!

Halloween has never been more comfortable. Although, this would have been even better in a cooler climate. After walking around downtown New Orleans all night - the Snuggie was definitely more sweaty than snuggly.

SAINTS PRESEASON DEJAVU

Ah, Friday night football in New Orleans - an experience unlike any other! We parked under the highway and made our journey to the Superdome for our now annual Saints preseason game (properly clad in black and gold and beads of course).

Upon arrival, security promptly discovered Kim's Diet Coke hidden in the tampon pocket of her purse. I guess I overestimated my sneakiness. So no caffeine for Kim. Luckily though, there was enough energy (and drunk hilarious people) to keep us awake and cheering the whole night.

So after climbing (literally climbing) to our seats in the VERY top section of the dome - we settled in and John whipped out his nuts. Yes, my baseball man had managed to smuggle in a huge bag of peanuts. Best part? He also brought ziploc baggies to put the shells in. You'll make a great soccer mom John! Here he is proudly showing (and sharing) his snacks...

And here we see the recipients of John's peanuts. He made sure that no one left the game without their fill. I swear this bag of peanuts was like the loaves and the fishes.

We did more than just eat peanuts though, we settled in and watched the game.

We decided to take a picture together after the drunk girls behind us took a fancy to my peanut eating machine ;) Side note, said girls also spilled jambalaya on my back during the 1st quarter - drunk people do some crazy things!

NACHO NIGHT: THE SEQUEL

There are certain combinations in this life that make people happy. Once such combination? Nachos and Nacho Libre. We did it last year, we did it this year, and who are we kidding? We'll do it again next year.

Our friends Libby and Kacey bought one of those huge nacho cheese cans from Sams Club and we all headed over to watch one of the funniest movies ever - NACHO LIBRE. Wearing festive "stretchy pants" was optional - but that's an option we Sigety's wholeheartedly accepted. Besides, when you're going to eat that many nachos - stretchy pants become more of a necessity than a fashion statement.

OUR DESTIN-Y

We ventured east with the Sigetys and found one of our new favorite vacation spots - DESTIN, FLORIDA! And Kim thought California beaches were nice? Check out that white sand, clear water, and beautiful sunset! We had a great time with John, Ellen and Hayley, but we sure missed you Joe and Jocelyn and Tessa. Hopefully next time we'll all be there together. We'll have to post more pictures of the whole family when we get them from Papa Sig. Our camera was broken for most of the trip and only started working on the last day when it was just John and I left on the beach. That's why we went a little camera happy here at the end. Can't wait to go back to the beach. Love it!

A Story of Kidneys, Catheters, and Hospital Gowns

Let's be honest, you all came to see pictures of me (John) in a hospital gown hooked up to an IV. Well, I'll certainly give you plenty of that, and I'll explain a little bit about everything that has happened these past two weeks since my surgery and why I would choose to have this surgery in the first place (note: see the end of this post for why in the world I would choose to have this surgery; I put it there because it doesn't involve pictures of me, which is what you clearly came to see).

It all started Sunday night, August 1, when I was supposed to drink a whole bottle of magnesium citrate to...well...clean out my system. Below is the picture of me drinking the pungent formula (not pictured: the result of my drinking magnesium citrate):

On August 2, Kim and I went to Tulane-Lakeside Hospital at 5:45 a.m. so a bunch of people in green outfits and hairnets could knock me out and cut me up. Here are a few pics of me pre-op:

The five or six hours after that are quite a blur, partially because of the general anesthesia but principally because the only thing on TV was soap operas. But when I woke up, my beloved Kim was right there by my side...also present when I woke was a catheter. My first words to Kim? "I hate it, I hate it, I hate it!" I was of course referring to the catheter. Boo. Anyway, here are a few pics from after I woke up...and then fell back asleep:

I went home the next day, August 3:

During all this, there were some pretty intense moments where blood clots in my ureter caused some pretty intense pain. They eventually passed, and Kim was there the whole time. I know this was something she's never had to do before, but aside from torturing with the constant video and picture-taking, she was my rock. She was there for me in the middle of the night as I was crying out in pain and the nurse was taking forever to give me my drugs. I love you girl.

Background on why I had the surgery: in 2008 I discovered that there was a blockage in the junction where my right kidney and my ureter (a tube that takes urine from the kidney to the bladder) meet. Urine was still flowing through my kidney, but it would occasionally get backed up and cause quite a bit of flank pain. Although it wasn't life-threatening or even immediately kidney-threatening, my doctor here in New Orleans convinced me that it was better to get this surgery done now rather than later, and that he was the guy with the robotic surgery instruments and small built-for-surgery hands to do it. After much deliberation and insurance plan consultation, Kim and I decided that I should go ahead and go under the knife.

A couple weeks ago, Bishop Seamons and his wife treated us to a Hornets game for John to see his favorite team - The Dallas Mavericks! Since we were in a box suite full of Hornets fans, John wore is Mav's shirt under his button up shirt. lol Apparently we're not very good luck though - the Hornets came out on top. Sorry John!

A SPRING IN OUR STEP

About a month ago we decided to run a 10K! We heard about the Cresent City Classic and found out that a few of our friends would be running it too. We had a GREAT time! It was the day before Easter and we figured it would be a great start to the new season. It made for some funny people watching too. There were people dressed as Easter Bunnies and Chicks and even a banana! (not sure how that one ties into the season...)

When the race started it was PACKED with people. It felt like we were in a stampede. At one point I turned to John and yelled "What are we running away from?" haha But it started to thin out as the race went on and we held our own pretty well. John was a big support and stayed with me the whole time. I'm not sure what John really thinks, but as for me, "to me we doth not stink." (Book of Mormon reference...anyone catch that? hehe) So ya, I think we kept a pretty good pace the whole time. And just in case some of you don't "habla the metric system" a 10K is 6.2miles. Our finishing time you ask?

....drum roll...

1 hour and 4 minutes!

Yay! We might not have given the Kenyans a run for their money, but we were still pretty proud of ourselves. Kim's favorite part of the race? John calling me "hard core" for still running even though I think I had a stress fracture in my right foot. It hurt like crazy after the race - but amazingly it has completely healed now. So after resting my foot all last week, you better believe that I'll be back to my normal workout schedule again tomorrow. That's right baby - Me at the gym at 6am workin it out while watching Saved By the Bell. I call it my "me" time, and I absolutely love it. But what I love even more? Having actually accomplished something I set out to do. Sometimes it seems like I have a hundred unfinished projects going on, but this was something I actually completed. And better yet? John and I finished it together. So cool.

Ok - story time. I left the apartment to pick John up from law school. Time: 5pm. We were headed to a Christmas party - so I was of course carrying a tray of ghetto fabulous brownies. I looked outside and saw that it was raining...and raining HARD! I got to my car parked on the street, only to find it submerged in about 2 feet of water! Somehow I managed to get the brownies in the car safely and I climbed into the drivers seat by way of the back seat. After driving through a small ocean, I made it to Tulane where John had to wade in mid-calf deep water to get to the car. With both of us in the car, we tried to get on St. Charles to go to the party, but the water was so deep that it started seeping into the car. That's right - PUDDLES on the floor of my civic!! We tried a side street, but only got caught in even deeper water. Finally we made it to slightly higher ground and parked on a median along with a bunch of other cars to wait out the storm. While there - a man dressed in a yellow chicken suit walked around to all the cars waving a sign for "Wing Zone" (a restaurant 20 yards away) They obviously grabbed hold of the advertising opporunity. But even their clever enticements were no match for our budget minded brains. John still had his lunch with him in his lunch box. (Yes - my grown man husband has a lunch box that I pack daily) We rationed it between the two of us and waited. And waited and waited and waited. FINALLY we found our way home via the highway. Time: 7:45pm. Once in our parking garage we got rag towels and tried to sop up the bottom of the civic while listening to Christmas music. Needless to say - we never made it to the party. Ba humbug! lol Christmas in New Orleans sure is different! But anyone want some leftover brownies? I only have a couple dozen or so! haha

Some things in life are just too good to be true. And some things in life are just too bad to be eaten.

In an attempt to eat less sugar - I found myself google-ing "healthy" dessert recipes. I said the same thing you're probably thinking, "Could there be such a thing?" Yet in my quest for a low sugar and somewhat healthy indulgence, I happened upon a recipe for "Black Bean Brownies." Could it be? A HEALTHY brownie?

John said NO. I said WHY NOT?

THIS is why not! lol

I have one word for the makers of the black bean brownie recipe: BOGUS!
Spongey, tasteless, spit-out-of-your-mouth horrible.

Maybe I'll start my own TV show. It would be called "RECIPE BUSTERS." And it'd be a spin-off of Myth Busters. I'll take on unbelievable recipes and prove them terrific or terrible. Look for it next season on the Discovery Channel. haha But promise me you won't look for a recipe for Black Bean Brownies.

Oh, and the sugar free peanut butter cookies? Another RECIPE BUST!

Here's hoping the next recipe works out :)

For future reference: When one attends a church party where the lady in charge asks for a volunteer, one should make sure one knows what one is signing up for before raising one's hand. Let us look at an example. For instance, the girl (who will remain nameless) in the video below could have saved face if she'd heard that she was about to participate in a "Monster Walk Competition" before volunteering. A simple lapse in judgement. But let's not kid ourselves - when it comes right down to it, who doesn't want to see a 5'8" blonde Igor impressionist flail her monkey arms at an audience while her husband with underwear on the outside of his pants and a belt around his head video tapes. Quality. Quality all wrapped up in a Sigety family package. Oh the lengths I go to in order to keep readership on my blog. If this doesn't entertain, I don't know what will.

We went all out for our church's Halloween Party/Chili Cookoff this year. John and I cooked chili for the first time ever - and were determined to win! We added our crockpot to the lineup and hoped for the best. (Thank you Wendy for the recipe!)

We ate more chili than anyone really should...lol

And in the end - We took 1st place in the Chili Cookoff and won "Funniest Costume" too! (I credit John for that win...it had to be the underwear)

For the past few months I've been working for a private airport here in New Orleans. I'm a customer service representative at the front desk and take care of the pilots and passengers when they fly in. Coming from Broadcast to this has meant one big learning curve! I now think in military time and you're more than welcome to quiz me A-Z on the phonetic alphabet! haha

So about a week ago I headed to Orlando for my first real business trip. I kissed John goodbye and headed to the annual aviation convention NBAA.

It was an adventure right from the start - my first trip on a King Air!

We checked out some amazing aircraft displays while we were there too.

And when it comes to planes - they're just like people: It's whats on the inside that counts. Guess how much it costs to fly on the plane below...

$11,000 - $15,000 an hour! Oh to be rich...lol

PLAYIN' HOOKIE WITH THE PRESIDENT

Question: What do you get when you put two conservatives and an Obama together in the same room?

Answer: One really awesome blog post.

John and I entered our names into a lottery to try and get tickets to a Town Hall Meeting with the President. WE WON!

The whole community turned out for the big day.

Some waited in line...

Some filmed every moment for the folks at home...

Some sold Doritos...

Some provided service in a secretive manner...

And some geared up for the big event with a chewy granola bar that was lovingly packed in their lunch by their beautiful wife. But only some were so lucky.

And looked out over the crowd...

...who went wild when he walked in!

He gave a good speech and then opened it up to questions from the audience.

And for all those of you who know what "skeeweet" (sp?) is...I'm pretty sure Barack gave you a little shout out ;)

As Obama left the building, the crowd cheered and everyone flocked around him for last minute pictures. Some of which are quite comical if I do say so myself :)

For instance, while it might look like this woman was pinching his cheeks - that is merely an optical illusion - no pinching took place.

And the hand you see below was not actually touching Obama's face.

John would like to add that he is, and I quote, "Not Gay" as this video might suggest. HAHA

Also, to John and Ellen - If after reading this post you see us unfit to join you for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I'm sure that Bruce and Pat will ;)

PETCO: IT'S WHERE THE PETS AND THE SIGETYS GO

John wanted a snake. I wanted a baby. We bought a Beta.

Meet the newest member of the Sigety family: Tchoupitoulas (Chop-i-two-lis) Sigety. Tchoupitoulas is the name of a street here this is too ridiculous not to use in some way. We just lovingly call him "Chopper"

(above) It looks like that huge statue is in Chopper's tank. False. The statue is behind and not actually in his tank.

Chopper is now our constant reminder to "Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming!" This montra (blatantly stolen from Disney) can be used as a helpful motivator through life's daily struggles.
I think John's would be: "Just keep law school-ing, law school-ing, law school-ing" Mine would be "Just keep elliptical-ing, elliptical-ing, elliptical-ing.
What would yours be? I'm so inspirational.

PIZZA! PIZZA!

John loves pizza. With this fact in place, I feel it my duty as his wife to develop the skill of pizza-making. Sure I could travel to Italy for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure where I learn from the masters how to pattern my pies after perfection betwixt trips to every gelato shop I can find. Insert reality here. I headed to Walmart and got the ingredients. But it was still fun :) John and I both really like deep dish pizzas - so I let the dough rise for a long time. Perhaps a little too long...we had ourselves quite the "fluffy" pizza. Overall a noble attempt. (Especially when you consider that I didn't get my Italy trip)

Conclusion: Because John loves both pizza and me - I can only assume that he likes foods and women who are both saucy and cheesy. As clearly both pizza and I have these qualities.

BYU PLAYS AT THE DOME OF SUPERNESS

John and Ellen (John's parents) drove in from Dallas to go to the game with us this past weekend. We had a blast watching BYU beat Tulane 54 to 3! For the recap of the game you can go to ESPN.com, but for a recap of the happenings in the stands...look no further than this very post on our blog. lol You can rest assured fellow but far away BYU fans - we did our part as loyal Alumni in Louisiana. John led the crowd in singing BYU's fight song after every touchdown, we took a picture with Cosmo, and made sure to yell "That's Another Cougar...FIRST DOWN!" at all appropriate moments.

Last Saturday BYU came to New Orleans for the BYU vs. Tulane game! John and I were in charge of coordinating a tailgate party for members of our church and for fans in the area. Here's the kicker though - we were told to plan for about 500 people at this tailgate - AND ALL 500 OF THOSE PEOPLE SHOWED UP!! Check John and I out in these pics we took at Wal-mart when we bought the supplies. And for the record - pushing twenty 24-packs of water from the back of Wal-mart to the check-out works muscles I didn't even know existed.

THE SAINTS GO TO THE SAINTS GAME

Parking 6 blocks away in a sketchy area: $20.00
Walking up to section 600 on the 4th deck: 327 calories
Nachos from the Superdome: $7.00 and 420 calories
Spending time with John watching football and drunk people try to walk up stairs: PRICELESS

WE WENT TO THE SUPERDOME! Our seats were in the nose-bleeds, but the view was surprisingly GREAT of both the field and some hilarious fans! We sat on an isle and watched drunk fans make their way up the stairs all night. lol And through this people watching came a burning question: Why on earth do they fill glasses of beer so full at sporting events?? John and I were dodging Bud Light splashes every time someone made their way back to their seat. hehe If the top 1/4th of the beer is going to spill anyway...why fill it to the brim to begin with? I guess since I don't drink alcohol I won't have to worry about paying for a full beer only to spill 1/4 of it before even taking a sip. Instead I will most likely sip safely a totally full sprite that probably came with a lid. LOL Who knew this Latter-day Saint could learn so much from a Saints game. Enoy the pics :)

SATURDAY EXPLORATION - THE FRENCH QUARTER

A couple Saturdays ago, John stopped his studying to go on a brief exploration of the French Quarter with me. Here is a glimpse of the balconies that are EVERYWHERE. So cool.

After we walked around for a while...we decided to stop at Johnny's Po-boy shop for a classic New Orleans lunch. For all those of you non-New Orleanians...I will define a po-boy for you: A loaf of french bread sliced in half and generously stuffed with the meat of your choice. What's that you say? This po-boy of which I speak sounds like nothing more than a sandwich? The Californian in me says "Correct oh savvy blog reader!" But now I am a New Orleans woman, and have quickly learned that once you cross the Louisianna border - you are in po-boy territory and a sandwich of meat and bread is no longer simply a sandwich. It's a tradition. It's a food staple. It's what's for lunch. haha

I know I still need to follow up on my last "apartment makeover" post, but we've had some fun times recently that deserve blog status. And frankly, I haven't remembered to take any pictures of our apartment when it's actually clean. Sure, I think about taking pictures...but its always when the apartment is a mess. So think of these next few posts as an extended commercial break from "Extreme Makeover - Apartment Edition." I'll try not to drag out the results Ryan Seacrest Style for too much longer. Here we see John working tirelessly to create the masterpiece we call our apartment. And although it might look like he is simply sitting and watching TV - do not be decieved...he is actually testing out that chair to see if it works properly. JUST KIDDING JOHN! We were making progress...slowly but surely. I mean, if we're talking baby steps here...let us all rejoice that we now have walking space! Go Team Sigety :)

DAY ONE

After a two day trip from Utah to New Orleans, and a two week postponement of reality...er...I mean a vacation at the in-laws house in Texas ;) Thanks John and Ellen! We hauled our stuff U-haul style to the Big Easy. Eight elders from the branch greeted us to help us move in. Go figure - the church is true in New Orleans too! lol So we emptied all our stuff into our 4th floor luxury suite. Hey...it has a washer dryer - THAT'S LUXURY! And that's where our story begins...

Now since Extreme Makeover Home Edition is such a big hit, and in an attempt to keep people interested in our blog (How could people not be though? I mean we post something new once a year?) I am labeling this picture "Day One". Thus you can see our apartment's transformation start to finish. What's that you say? ...Don't like Home Makeover shows? No Problem. Picture John and I as Clinton and Stacey from What Not To Wear - I'll be Stacey...John will be Clinton...and our apartment is the poor unfashionable soul in need of a makeover. You should feel special today because you are now reading what is sure to be the first of many influential, hilarious, and downright captivating blogs written by John R. Sigety.

By now you may have heard about the big thing that happened in Kim's life recently! No, she's not pregnant (seriously, I think that's what every family immediately assumes you are telling them when you are newly-wed and when you say "I have something important to tell you...")...but what she is is the star of a made for BYUTV documentary entitled A Turn for Ghana: Bringing Light to the Children of Africa. Kim looked so pretty at the premier of her film, as you can see in the pictures that I took. I'm sure she'll talk more about it in a future post.

As for me, when you're working a full-time job, you don't have time for many interesting things in your life, unless of course your full-time job is interesting, which mine is not. But I have been play sports...lots and lots of sports! I was playing on a basketball team, a football team, and a soccer team. Each team had a pretty decent season and I enjoyed playing on them. Alas, within a week and a half each team was eliminated from its respective tournament...But hey, check out the cool pictures of me that Kim took while I was playing!

So here we are 3 months into married life, and as I'm sure you can imagine...we felt like a little something was missing. I mean first comes love, then comes marriage, and then comes...WHOA! Not yet thank you very much ;) We'll start with a blog and go from there. haha
